Who's on the Cover? Pacific NW Modeling Magazine

I'm excited to announce that I've been featured on the cover of Pacific Northwest Modeling Magazine for their June 2020 issue, out now. What's incredible about this opportunity was that it comes as a result of women business owners all around, to produce something we can all be proud of. If you're too anxious to see the magazine, you can order one and get a sneak peek here.

Lolita Vasquez, owner of Image Society Photography, first approached me to do a socially-distanced "vantiy fair" style photoshoot. Who was I to say no? As a lover of Old Hollywood Glam, Vogue, and gowns galore, it was a yes from me. To help make the shoot as amazing as possible, we reached out to Haley Purser aka Thee Make Up Girl who brought it with her hair and make-up skills. The gowns featured in this shoot were courtesy of Yolanda, owner of Sacramento's Haute House Couture. Together, we created amazing photos, and Pacific Northwest Modeling Magazine agreed!

Andrea Parmalee is a photographer and the creative mind behind Pacific NW Modeling Magazine. Founded as a way to celebrate the artistic works of models, photographers, and creatives, the Pacific Northwest Modeling Magazine has launched a new medium to explore the creative works of people in the Pacific Northwest, and all around the globe.

The magazine and pictures promote diversity of creativity, diversity of submissions, and physical model diversity. In 2020, it's incredibly easy to feel less than glamorous (no-makeup quarantine everybody!). The female business owners all came together to not only make me feel glamorous in these photos, but create a photography package to help every woman feel her most glamorous self. And that's what every young girl needs to see in a modeling magazine: women of all shapes and sizes feeling like their best.

If you're in California, I encourage you to work with Image Society Sacramento and partners for your own Glamour Photo-shoot. And please, support the Pacific Northwest Modeling Magazine. And let's not forget........your girl's a cover model. ;)

You can order your copy of the June issue here.
